Who this covers
PufferParty.net is an independent guide to Krillion’s Puffer Party. The contact for privacy requests is [email protected]. There is no separate company registration printed on this site. This policy is effective 2026-10-28. A change replaces this page and updates the date at the top.
What loads, by default
This site uses a default-on model. If your browser has no stored choice, the first page view loads Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra. The cookie banner still appears, with Accept and Reject. Reject is the off switch; it stops the scripts and is remembered for 180 days. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are treated as Reject even if a stored choice says otherwise.
| Third party | What it does | When it loads |
|---|---|---|
Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), measurement ID G-1T6DKEK4FZ | Counts page views and aggregate traffic sources | First page view by default; measurement denied after Reject |
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), project z4kh6unqs5 | Heatmaps and session replays; masking settings have not all been independently verified | First page view by default; measurement denied after Reject |
Adsterra, publisher 3403020, website 6156276 | Native Banner unit 31960394 in the page and Social Bar unit 31960395 at the bottom | First page view by default; measurement denied after Reject |
YouTube (Google LLC), youtube-nocookie.com | Plays a cited video | When you press Play video, and not while the stored choice is Reject |
Domains observed in the browser
Checked 2026-10-28 against the built pages before Accept: Google Analytics requests www.googletagmanager.com and www.google-analytics.com. Clarity requests www.clarity.ms, scripts.clarity.ms and regional collection hosts under *.clarity.ms. Adsterra’s two placement URLs use bicea.org; their downstream resources included static.nresystems.com, cdn.storageimagedisplay.com, cdn.show-sb.com, cdn.show-creative1.com and cdn.cloudpiko.com. These advertising resources load by default, and Reject stops further loading by restarting the page with the saved refusal. Ad creatives and regional collection hosts can rotate. No separate ownership claim about these downstream domains is implied.
A clicked YouTube player uses www.youtube-nocookie.com and may request video and player assets from Google’s *.googlevideo.com, *.ytimg.com and *.youtube.com. No YouTube request is made by the local thumbnail itself.
We do not load Google AdSense, Google Fonts, a tag manager container, or a traffic-mesh banner SDK. The VT323 font, original illustration and video thumbnails are files we ship. Krillion’s own site uses Mediavine; that is their policy, not this one.
Cookies and localStorage keys
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
pp_consent_v1 (localStorage) | This site | JSON record of Accept or Reject plus an expiry timestamp | 180 days, or until you clear site data |
pp_socialbar_closed (localStorage) | This site | Remembers that you closed the fixed Social Bar so it does not return on reload | Until you clear site data or press Accept again |
_ga | Google Analytics 4 | Random client identifier that links page views to one browser | Up to 2 years; Chrome caps it at 400 days |
_ga_1T6DKEK4FZ | Google Analytics 4 | Session state for this measurement ID | Up to 2 years; Chrome caps it at 400 days |
_clck | Microsoft Clarity | Clarity visitor ID and settings | 1 year |
_clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Links page views into one Clarity session replay | 1 day |
| Adsterra cookies (names vary by placement and browser session) | Adsterra and its suppliers | The third-party scripts may set browser state; this site has not independently established each key’s purpose or retention. | Not established here |
Cookie names and expiry can vary by browser, region, consent state, placement, and downstream vendor. The browser audit dated 2026-10-28 observed vendor cookies in one session; this page does not infer a fixed purpose or retention period from opaque randomized names. See each supplier’s own privacy documentation, including Adsterra. Microsoft may also use Microsoft-domain cookies.
Google Analytics 4
GA4 receives the page path, referrer, a coarse device and browser description, and an approximate location derived from the request IP. Google may use the data under Google’s privacy policy. IP addresses are not written into this site’s own logs beyond what the host keeps for security. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by pressing Reject here, which denies analytics storage, disables this measurement ID, and reloads without the GA4 loader. The same saved refusal prevents its requests on later pages.
Microsoft Clarity
Clarity can record interactions and session replays. We do not ask you to enter personal data into this site, but we have not independently verified every masking setting in this project and advise against entering sensitive information. Clarity receives page and device interaction data. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement and the Clarity FAQ. Reject sends denied storage signals, removes its loader, and reloads the page so previously running recording code stops.
Adsterra
Adsterra serves the Native Banner inside the article flow and the Social Bar as a fixed strip at the bottom. The scripts are created by our own loader on the first page view; they are not in the initial HTML. Adsterra receives the page URL, referrer, IP address, browser details and ad requests; exact cookie purposes and retention depend on its scripts and suppliers. Adult ads are switched off at the website level. Personalized advertising is controlled by Adsterra and its demand partners; you can opt out through Adsterra’s privacy policy, Google Ads Settings, the DAA WebChoices page, and Your Online Choices.
YouTube
The page shows a locally hosted thumbnail. Pressing Play video inserts an iframe to https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/…. Google may set cookies and read the IP address at that moment under Google’s privacy policy. If the stored choice is Reject, the play button asks you to reopen Cookie settings instead of inserting the frame.
Processing choices and retention
The default loading described above happens before an explicit Accept. The banner provides notice and withdrawal; it does not obtain prior opt-in for those initial requests. Reject records a refusal and stops further vendor loading. Accept is an explicit instruction to resume loading. The consent record is kept for 180 days or until you clear site data. Analytics and ad cookies follow the vendor retention periods above. We do not run accounts, so the only copy of most data is in your browser and in the vendors’ systems. We have not established a fixed retention period for hosting logs and do not operate a separate reader-profile database.
Contact email
Mail addressed to [email protected] is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to our mail-hub Worker. Messages are stored for editorial handling and a mailbox copy is mirrored to Gmail. Replies use [email protected]. Email may include your address, subject, message and attachments; we use it to handle the request. No fixed mailbox deletion period has been set. You may request deletion at the same address.
Your requests
You can ask what this desk holds about you, for a correction, for deletion, or for a copy. Email [email protected]. Because there are no accounts, the honest answer is often that we may only have your browser consent record and any email you sent to the desk. You can delete pp_consent_v1 and pp_socialbar_closed in your browser’s site data, and you can block the vendor domains in your browser or extension.
Changes and contact
If a vendor or a storage key changes, this page is replaced and the date at the top moves. Questions about this policy go to [email protected]. Cookie aliases /cookies/, /cookie-policy/, and /privacy-policy/ redirect here. The footer control is labeled Cookie settings.
FAQ
Do you sell a list of readers?
No. We do not sell personal information. The identifiers on this page belong to Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Adsterra and, if you start a video, YouTube.
How do I turn analytics and ads off?
Use Cookie settings in the footer or Reject on the banner. Reject sets all four consent signals to denied, stores the refusal for 180 days, and reloads the page to stop running vendor code. GA4, Clarity and Adsterra are not loaded on later pages while that refusal is active. Accept turns them back on.
Does the site load ads before I click Accept?
Yes. A visitor with no stored choice is treated as granted, so GA4, Clarity and Adsterra load on the first page view. The banner is a notice and a withdrawal control, not a gate. Reject is the off switch.
